Security Policy Management

Managers can keep an easy audit trail of employee acknowledgment of company policies. Tracking which employees have read and acknowledged policies and procedures is crucial for company audits, but a massive pain to achieve at scale.


To upload a PDF Company policy document- which will be auto-assigned to all employees, Managers can simply navigate to the 'Policies' section, select the 'Company Policies' tab, and click the 'Add Policy' button on the top right corner.

Once you've uploaded those policies, your employees can easily open them up, have a good read, and give them a solid nod of acknowledgement. Simple as that!

To keep tabs on those acknowledged policies, just head over to the Manager's dashboard where you can effortlessly track and report on every single policy. Simply navigate back to the 'Company Policies' tab and click on the policy you want to view.
