Security Policy Management
Managing company policy acknowledgements just got easier!
Use the Policies section to upload key documents (like security, privacy, and compliance policies) and track who’s read and acknowledged them, helping you stay audit-ready and compliant.
Uploading a Company Policy
To upload a PDF Company Policy document, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the 'Policies' Section.
- Select the 'Company Policies' tab.
- Click the 'Add Policy' (top-right corner).
- Name the 'Policy'.
- Select 'Choose File' to upload the PDF.
- Click 'Save'.
Viewing Acknowledged Policies
To see which learners have acknowledged a policy:
- Navigate to the 'Company Policies' tab
- Click on the policy name.
- Click 'Back' to exit the view.
Viewing Acknowledged Policies
Learners can view and acknowledge policies from their own dashboards:
- Learners can go to their ' My Policy' tab.
- Click the 'Acknowledge' button next to the assigned policy.
Policy Notifications ( Coming Soon)
Note: The feature that notifies learners when new policies are added is currently in development - it’s part of our upcoming roadmap. We’ll keep you posted as soon as it’s live! 🚀
In the meantime:
We recommend manually notifying learners via email or internal comms when uploading a new policy. Once assigned, learners will see the document in their 'My Policies' tab, and you (as a manager) will be able to track how many learners have acknowledged it under 'Company Policies'.
