CONTENT
We’ve been crafting, refreshing, and dropping some golden content. Think of it as binge-worthy, minus the regret. Get ready to be obsessed.
Spoiler: You're gonna love 'em
Closed Captions
Closed captions have arrived on all our videos and training modules. Yep, you heard it here first—unless you've got your captions on, in which case, you read it here first.
So what's in it for you and your team?
First off, accessibility isn't just a buzzword we throw around to sound woke; it's a must-have, especially when you're trying to educate the masses—or at least your in-house geniuses. Got someone who's hard of hearing? Consider their training troubles over.
Second, let's talk distractions. We all know that office spaces are the epitome of peace and tranquillity, right? Wrong. They're noisy jungles. Your employees can now tune in without tuning out the rest of the office banter.
Lastly, captions can be a training lifesaver for those on your team whose first language isn't jargon-filled tech-speak.
Our closed captions are currently only in English—but watch this space for some big multilingual news at the end of 2023.

Modules
All our eLearning modules containing videos have now been updated to include closed captions. Our three newly released videos have also been updated in their relevant eLearning modules.
PLATFORM
This quarter, we've been super busy in the back-end of the platform, getting our geek on to ensure continued scalability and the best user experience possible. What this also means is that it’s been a bit of a snoozefest when it comes to releasing a tonne of sexy new features.
So here’s a quick list of the cool things you can go and check out that we’ve added to make our Security Awareness Platform even cooler than it was 3 months ago.
Video Completion Pop-Up: Learners completing an assigned training video will now have a better "completion" experience. To celebrate their minor but oh-so-significant achievement, we've added a spiffy pop-up that's basically like a virtual high-five—so they know they've finished the training. You're welcome.
Whitelist & Phish Reporter Reminders: So you've created your first campaign: Digital ‘hat-tip’ to you. But don't now go firing it off half-cocked like some amateur—we've put reminders in your face so you won't forget to whitelist and set up our Phish Reporter. Trust us, you'll thank us later. Probably.
New Phishing Templates: While you're out there looking like a 10, your cyber security knowledge might be a solid... 3.5? Lucky for you, we've been burning the midnight oil, updating our phishing template stash faster than you update your wardrobe. And honestly? Our templates from the past quarter? Pure fire.
Show Code Feature for Email Builder: Tired of our phishing templates? Ungrateful. Nah, just kidding. We’ve upgraded our email template builder so you can get your hands dirty with the MJML code. Edit, copy, paste, and birth your very own phishing masterpiece. Bonus: it's a godsend for translation projects. Yeah, we thought of that too.
Phish Reporter using Built-In Buttons: To all the Microsoft enthusiasts, congrats! You can now use that fancy built-in 'Report Phishing' button to let us know when you catch a phish. Gmail users, not so much... You’ll need to continue with our standard ‘forwarding’ function so we can record when your learners are reporting all fishy inbounds.
