Q1 has come and gone like freight training without brakes! We've had an epic couple of months which has seen new content, our platform user base grew exponentially, and some rad new features for you to play around with. Let's dive right in - we love making a splash.

Micro-Module: Cyber-Savvy Behaviour Series
To complement our library of short animation videos and interactive eLearning courses, we've doubled-down on consumable short-form micro-content. Each micro-module dives into a single security behaviour that users can embrace to become safer online, both at home and in the workplace. We are very proud to have released the first 15 micro-modules in the series.

PLATFORM
While you weren't looking, we've been working our magic behind the scenes, fine-tuning our platform to ensure it continues to provide an unbeatable user experience for learners, managers, and MSP partners alike! We've infused GoldPhish with some serious awesomeness, making it even cooler than it was just three months ago.
Check out this list of exciting updates and enhancements to get a taste of what's cooking:
Licensing Repurposing: We've redesigned our licensing management system to allow for repurposing of seats. Licenses will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue, but should a user leave the platform, then their seat can get reallocated to another user for the remainder of that seat's validity.
Along with the model redesign, we're stoked about the improved license dashboard interface to make license management even easier.
Not - For - Resale Licenses: For our Reseller Partners out there, this ones for you. All new partner companies on the platform will now automatically receive 10x FREE Not-For-Resale (NFR) licenses to allocate to their users. These can be used to get your sales and support teams familiar with the platform, content, and onboarding processes.
System Email Templates: Our extensive library of platform-generated welcome, notification, and reminder emails has been split into 3 categories: Learner, manager, and partner. Under settings, managers can now navigate between all three.
System Email Recipients: To avoid the need for managers to constantly be diving into the platform, we have always had a series of welcome, notification, and reminder emails sent to manager mailboxes keeping them up to speed with training activity. To avoid EVERY manager in a company unnecessarily receiving these emails, we’ve designed a super easy way to select which of your managers receive which emails from the platform.
Phishing Just-In-Time Training: The phishing video used in one of the just-in-time training templates has been updated to include a fresh new video option.
Editing Company Types: Partners creating customer companies and managing extensive company trees now have a tool to change company types for their customers and sub-partners. Companies can now be easily edited to be a free trial, customer, partner, or inactive.
Platform Theming Wizard: For those companies keen to whitelabel the platform using their company brand colours, we've made it EVEN easier with this very simple theming wizard. You'll have the entire platform set up in your theme with just three simple steps.
Suspend Company Feature: For those MSPs needing to pause access to a customer company - maybe because they need onboarding, further training, or maybe because they're ghosting your accounts team - we've introduced a simple feature to temporarily suspend access to a company until you're happy to proceed.
Terms of Service Update: The GoldPhish Terms of Service, available on the platform login page, has been updated to a new version dated 29 November 2023. These amendments mainly reflect the changes to our licencing model.
