Guide: How to Assign Orders

Distributor/ Partner Managers play a pivotal role in managing their associated companies, whether they are sub-partners or customers. Assigning 'Premium' licences is a crucial step once these licences have been ordered. This responsibility typically falls on the distributor or sub-partner Account Manager.


Notifications

  • License Request Notification: When the customer requests Premium licences, partner account managers receive prompt notifications. This alerts them to proceed with the assignment process.

Steps to Assign Licences:

  • Login and access your Partner( Parent) 'Admin dashboard'.
  • Navigate to your 'Licences' Section
  • Select the 'Orders' tab to access pending orders.
  • Navigate to the 'Requested Orders' section.
  • Use the 'Add Filter' option to pinpoint the specific order awaiting assignment.
  • Click on the ellipsis icon (three dots) beside the order.
  • Select 'Assign'

NOTE: Customer/ Sub-partner managers will receive an automated notification email as soon as their new licenses have been assigned and are ready to be allocated to your new learners.
