Whitelisting in Libraesva
This guide walks you through the steps to ensure system emails are delivered successfully by configuring your Libraesva Email Security Gateway (ESG).
Part 1: Whitelist System emails
- Log in to your Libraesva ESG admin console.
- Navigate to the Whitelists and Blacklists section by going to Admin Area > Content Analysis > Whitelists & BlocksLists.
- Click the New button to add a new entry
- In the From Address/Sender field, add each of our sending domains:
- In the To Address field, enter your recipient domain (e.g. @yourcompany.com) or leave it as default to include the entire domain.
- Do not tick the Check Envelope Only box - leave it unchecked so the system examines both envelope and header data.
* It may take up to 10 minutes for the changes to take effect.
Our whitelisting technical information can be found here: Whitelisting Technical Information.
Part 2: Bypass URL Sandboxing for System Training Links
URL sandboxing in Libraesva may sometimes delay or block access to training links. To prevent this, you can add an exception.
- Log in to your Libraesva ESG admin console
- Navigate to Content Analysis > select Sandbox Filters > then click URLSand tab.
- Click the Exceptions sub-tab.
- Click New button to create a new entry.
- Add the following domain to the exception list:
- app.goldphish.com/*
- Add a short description (e.g. Exclude training URLs from sandboxing).
- Click Save or Apply.
Note: For broad coverage, you can use a wildcard format, such as *.goldphish.com/ *, which will exempt all subdomains and paths within that domain.
Test Campaign
After completing the whitelisting process, send a test phishing campaign to a small group (2-3 users) to ensure emails are successfully delivered to inboxes and any clicks on links are tracked in the campaign dashboard.
