Whitelisting in Mail Assure
To ensure that phishing and training emails from our platform are delivered to your users' mailboxes without any issues, follow these steps to whitelist our domains in Mail Assure.
Steps:
- Log In to Your Mail Assure Account.
- In the Control Panel, go to the 'Whitelist/Blacklist' section.
- Select the 'Sender Whitelist.'
- Click the '+ Add Whitelist Sender' button.
- In the 'Sender Flag', select 'Apply to both.' *This setting ensures that the whitelisting applies at both the SMTP and email header levels.
- In the 'Address' field, enter the following domains,
- Click 'Save'.

Troubleshooting:
- Emails Still Going to Spam: If emails are still being marked as spam, verify the domains entered and ensure they are correctly saved.
- Whitelist Not Applying: Make sure you have the necessary permissions and that the changes were saved properly.
- Review Periodically: Regularly review your whitelist settings to ensure they continue to meet your needs.
