Filtering Campaigns by Name, Date, and Status

To help you manage and track your Phishing and Training campaigns effectively, the platform provides filter options that allow you to sort and locate campaigns based on specific criteria such as Campaign Name, Created Date, and Status (Draft, Active, Ended).

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to use these filter options:

Step 1: Navigate to the Phishing or Training Campaigns Section

  • Log in to your Admin Dashboard.
  • On the left-hand side menu, select Phishing or Training Section
  • Select the Campaigns tab.

Step 2: Use the Filter Options

At the top of the campaign list, you will see three filter dropdowns:

  • Campaign Name:

You can use this to search for a campaign by name. This is helpful when you have many campaigns and need to quickly locate a specific one.

  • Created Date:

This filter allows you to sort campaigns based on the date they were created. You can either display the most recent campaigns or go back to view older ones.

  • Status (Draft, Active, Ended):

This option lets you filter campaigns based on their current status. You can choose from:

Draft: Campaigns that are not yet launched.

Active: Ongoing campaigns that are currently running.

Ended: Completed campaigns.

Upcoming: Upcoming Campaigns.

Step 3: Adjust the Number of Rows Displayed

You can also change how many campaigns are displayed per page by selecting the number of rows (e.g., 10, 25, 50, 100) from the dropdown menu at the bottom right of the page.
