Q3 Round Up | October 2024
Q3 is done and in the books! We can’t believe we're fast approaching the end of the year! That said, let’s quickly dive into some of the work, content, and features we’ve achieved over the past three months.

CONTENT
We’ve been brewing up something awesome behind the scenes—our killer content! Whether you’ve got a minute or a bit more to spare, we’ve got just what you need. Oh, and now it’s available in multiple languages too!
Cyber-Savvy Behaviour Series
We’re very stoked to release the final micro-modules in a ‘Cyber-Savvy Behaviour’ series. With 52 bite-size learning experiences, training managers can keep secure behaviour up front and centre every week of the year!
Simulated Phishing Templates
We've introduced new simulated phishing templates this quarter to boost your team’s cyber security awareness. These realistic scenarios reflect current tactics, helping to test and strengthen your ability to spot threats.
PLATFORM
Training Campaign Reminders Update
We’ve updated the campaign wizard summary interface to keep the ‘Reminders’ tool at the end. We’ve also changed the ‘Edit’ button to ‘Settings’ so it’s clearer where managers will be taken.
Training Campaign Reminders Heading
We’ve changed the heading of our Reminders Setup page in Settings from ‘Preferences’ to ‘Reminders’, because duh.
CSV Reporting Updates
We’ve now included user email data in all campaign reports. We’ve also fixed a bug that was hiding ‘Department’ data from CSV reporting.
AD Sync Updates
When previewing an AD sync, first and last names weren’t appearing correctly. We fixed this pronto. We also improved our email validator to ensure user emails with spaces would not be allowed in manual user upload or AD sync.
Exporting User Lists
Managers can now export their user lists straight from the user dashboard.
You’re welcome.
Phishing Campaign Exclusion to the Unlicensed
Any unlicensed users at the date of campaign launch will be auto-excluded from phishing campaigns. Keen to include them in the next campaign? No worries – go renew their licence.
Table Display Update
Tired of being limited to 10 rows and 400 pages to click through on every table? So were we 🤯. Now you can change the number of rows displayed in your tables.
Table Filtering Redesign
We’ve done a total redesign of the filtering tool and interface to ensure managers can get the data they need, when they need it, effortlessly. Simple.
Training Content Sorting & Filtering
We’ve done away with the tabs separating the different types of content in our library and replaced them with simple widgets. Managers can also search the library by topic.
My Training Order
When navigating to assigned training content, learners will now see their training displayed in the following order:
Phishing Campaign Dashboard Improvement
In each phishing campaign dashboard summary, managers can now see the ‘Number of Recipients’ for the campaign. We have also replaced the ‘Sent’ number of emails with the ‘Opened’ tracker. Instead of clicking the ‘Expand Statuses’ button to view the detailed timing of ALL user actions, managers can now just select individual users to investigate more detailed metrics from the campaign.
Phishing Campaign Dashboard Improvement
Why it lived in the ‘Users’ section to start with is a small mystery 🤔. Not to worry, we’ve moved ‘History’ to its rightful place in Settings > System Emails.
Crisis averted.
