EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR: Training content should load within 1 - 4 seconds under normal conditions.
Troubleshooting steps:
If you're experiencing delays or the content appears not to open:
- Clear your browser cache and cookies.
- This often resolves temporary loading issues.
- Restart your browser or device.
- A quick reboot can help reset anything that may be causing lag.
- Try a different browser
- For example, if you're using Chrome, try Edge or Firefox. This helps determine if the issue is browser-specific.
- Try a different internet connection or device
- Switch to a mobile hotspot, another Wi-Fi network, or a different device to check if the issue is network- or device-related.
- Check internal firewalls or filters.
- Some company networks may slow down or block certain content. Ask your IT team to check if anything is slowing it down internally.
