Why isn’t my module showing as complete?

Sometimes a learner’s progress may not update due to their browser, cache, device, or internet connection.


Quick fixes you can try:


  • Clearing your browser cache and cookies.
  • Refreshing the module page or restarting the browser.
  • Try a different browser or device if the issue persists.

Still having issues? Contact us with the learner’s email address, campaign name, and module, and we’ll manually update their progress.
