Can GoldPhish support multiple users sharing the same email address?
No - Security Awareness Training is designed for individual learners. Each person needs their own login so their training progress, performance, and behaviour can be tracked accurately. This requires every learner to have a unique email address.
If the organisation uses shared mailboxes (e.g. sales@companyabc.com or admin@companyabc.com), these should be excluded from the rollout. Anyone who normally uses that shared mailbox will need their own personal email address to complete their training.
