Troubleshooting Guide: PDF Reports Taking a Long Time to Download
When generating reports for larger campaigns or multiple campaigns at once, longer processing times are expected.
At the moment, the system does not display a progress bar or loading indicator, which can sometimes make it appear as though the process has stalled; however, the report is still generating in the background.
Expected report generation times
- A single PDF report (approx. 600 users): ~55 seconds
- Multiple campaigns: Processing time will vary depending on campaign size, overall data volume, and your internet connection
What should I do while waiting for the report to download?
Please allow the process to complete without interruption. To ensure the report generates successfully:
- Do not refresh the page
- Do not click the download/save button multiple times
- Do not navigate away from the page
- If your browser displays a message such as “This page is taking longer than expected”, select “Wait longer” to allow the process to finish.
Note: Interrupting the process will restart the report generation.

Yes. We are currently reviewing and redesigning the Report Downloader feature, with improvements expected early next year. This redesign will:
- Improve performance for large and multiple campaign reports.
- Make the process more intuitive, including adding a progress indicator.
