Troubleshooting Guide: Why are my PDF reports taking a long time to download?

When generating reports for larger campaigns or multiple campaigns at once, delays are normal. Currently, the system does not display a progress bar or loading indicator, which can make it feel like the process has stalled - but it hasn’t.

How long should I expect the report generation to take?

• A single PDF report for around 600 users typically takes ~55 seconds to generate.
• Reports covering multiple campaigns will take longer, depending on the size of the campaigns, your internet speed, and overall connectivity.

What should I do while waiting for the report to download?

Do not interrupt the download. Avoid refreshing the page, clicking the Save button again, or navigating away, as this will restart the process.

If your browser prompts that the action is taking longer than expected, select “Wait longer” and give the system time to finish generating the report.

Is this performance issue being addressed?

Yes. We are currently reviewing and redesigning the Report Downloader feature, with improvements expected early next year. This redesign will:

• Improve performance for large and multiple campaign reports.
• Make the process more intuitive, including adding a progress indicator.

I still cannot download a report for a specific campaign. What should I do?
