Acronis Integration: Connecting 21,000+ MSPs

We are officially live with our Acronis integration! What does this mean? Simply put, it allows over 21,000 MSPs to instantly add GoldPhish to their technology stack with a single click.

3 Million Trained Users.

That’s right, folks - we’ve officially trained the total population of Jamaica. 👀

🛠️Platform Updates: Features & Improvements

1. Goldphish Managed Is Live!🚀🎉

Whether you are a customer looking to hand over the running of your security awareness programme, or a partner wanting to offer a fully managed service without lifting a finger, we’ve got you covered!

Our team manages the entire process: sessions, simulations, automated reminders, reporting, and learner follow-ups. You can stay hands-off, look great to your stakeholders, and keep your users protected from suspicious links.

2. Learner Progress Metrics Get a "%" Glow-Up

We have added "%" symbols to your Phished Rate and Report Rate on the Admin Dashboard. Clearer context makes tracking performance even easier.

3. Duplicate Licence Requests Fix (Visual Bug)

We resolved an issue where licence requests were appearing twice for child companies with external managers. If you were seeing double previously, rest assured it is now fully fixed!

4. Restart Button for Completed Training

Learners can now restart a completed training module directly from their My Training cards. Perfect for overachievers or anyone wanting a quick refresher.

5. CSV User Upload Wizard

We have given the CSV user upload tool a complete overhaul! Managers now get a guided, wizard-style experience that walks you through each step of the user upload process smoothly.

6. Terminology Update: "Shared" is now "Compromised"

We have updated our phishing simulation results terminology. What was previously labelled "Shared" (when a learner entered credentials on a landing page) is now accurately titled "Compromised".

This tweak provides clearer reporting and more precise risk insights across your simulation overviews and downloaded reports.

7. Phishing Template Count Fix

Fixed a visual issue that was displaying incorrect phishing template counts during simulation setup.

8. Draft Simulation Sorting

Draft phishing simulations without a set date are now automatically sorted to the top of your list for quicker access.

9. Exit Warning Pop-Up

We added a confirmation pop-up to unsaved pages so you won't accidentally lose your work when navigating away.

10. Search Bar for Multi-Tenant Partner Trees

Managing dozens of clients in a multi-tenant system is already a full-time job. Hunting through a busy company tree to find one of them shouldn't be. We've added a search bar to the company tree so partners can pull up any client by name in seconds.
