Q2 2026 was a blast! We rolled out major platform updates designed to save you time, simplify user management, and upgrade your reporting - alongside a heap of fresh training content and phishing templates. Here is a look at what we've been up to and what’s new.

🛠️Platform Updates: Features & Improvements

1. Training Series

Training Series turns your annual security awareness programme from a recurring admin headache into a one-time setup. Build your year's training schedule once, assign your content, set your cadence - and the platform does the rest. Sessions go out on schedule, automatically, across your entire user base, without you lifting a finger after day one.

Upgraded Series Reporting: The reporting has had a full overhaul to match. Pull a series report at any point during the year and get the full picture: completion rates, trends over time, progress across every session in the programme.

2. Live Series Editing

Once a training schedule was set, changing it used to mean deleting it and starting over. Now, you can edit active Series and future sessions on the fly!

Need to swap content, adjust recipients, or push back a launch date for future sessions? You can make updates mid-year. No rebuild required.

3. Search Added to Training & Phishing Libraries

No more scroll marathons! We’ve added search bars to both the Training Library and Phishing Template Library. You can now search by topic, theme, brand, or subject to find exact modules or phishing templates in seconds.

4. Simplified Platform Branding & White-Labelling

White-labelling the platform used to involve enough settings to make a graphic designer reconsider their career choices. We've fixed that.

We have completely rebuilt the branding setup from the ground up. Admin Managers and partners can now set up their custom logo, colours, and white-label preferences in minutes with a simple, streamlined process.

5. Bulk User Actions: Delete Multiple Users

Managing users just got a lot faster. You can now select multiple users at once in your user list and delete them in bulk - saving you time when updating staff rosters.

6. Redesigned Completion Certificates

Training completion certificates have received a complete design glow-up! They now feature a cleaner layout and include our official NCSC-accredited training logo.
