- Click within the text block to open the text editor. The editor provides options for customising your phishing template. You can adjust the alignment, padding, and font to suit your preference.
Placeholders
Placeholders automatically populate the template with specific information. These enhance the persuasiveness of phishing emails.
- Click 'Placeholders'
- Use the dropdown menu to select placeholders.
Links
Ensure your email contains a Hook URL. This system-generated link mimics a phishing attack and redirects learners to remedial training upon clicking.
To insert a Hook URL:

- From the Links dropdown, select Hook URL.
NOTE: The phishing simulator does not allow Managers to insert custom URLs. The system's pre-programmed hook URL is used to securely and reliably track learner clicks.

Buttons serve as effective tools to attract attention and encourage learners to click on them. Well-designed buttons can enhance the credibility of a phishing email, making it appear more authentic and trustworthy.
To insert a Button:

- Click the Button block to open the button editor.
