How can I add new learners to an active or upcoming training campaign?

If you selected 'Everyone' or a 'Specific Department' in the 'Select Recipients' step when creating a new campaign, then any NEW learners added to the platform, before the campaign end date, will be automatically included in any live campaign as well as any upcoming campaigns when they launch.

This applies to both training campaigns and simulated phishing campaigns.
