14 Day Free Trial. Free Trial companies can be created on the platform allowing unlimited Learners, unlimited training campaigns and unlimited phishing campaigns during the 14 day trial period. All features are included.
Licence Renewals. The feature enables MSPs & Customer managers to 'renew' expired Licences assigned to Learners on the platform. This includes Free Trial licences expiring after 14 days, as well as Premium licences expiring after 12 months.
MSP Company Management. After selecting to 'Manage' a customer company in the 'Company' section, the selected customer's Dashboard will automatically appear, instead of a blank screen.
xAPI Tracking. Fixed the bug causing training modules to be recorded as incomplete even though Learners had completed the full module and quiz.
eLearning Modules displaying blank screens. This was caused by learners trying to access bookmarked content when not logged onto the platform correctly. Any user now clicking on a link to training content, while they are logged out ... will be redirected to platform login page.
Phishing Emails and System Emails not displaying correctly on Outlook and Outlook Mobile. Platform email system rebuilt to ensure each email template is fully compatible with the vast majority of email clients on both desktop and mobile.
