1. New animation training video added to the training library: Clean Desk. Approximately 2 minute fun awareness training video educating employees on best practices to prevent sensitive information from being viewed by unauthorised sources. The training includes locking computers when unattended, keeping sensitive files in a locked cabinet when not in use, and being aware of your surroundings when working on sensitive data. 

2. System Email Customisation. Managers wanting to customise the automated onboarding, notification and reminder emails sent by the platform can now completely change the look, feel, content, and language of those email templates. Managers can use this feature to customise a company specific message to employees, and MSP Partners can use the same to deliver their own brand-specific messaging to their customers. 

3. Phishing Email Customisation. Our entire library of phishing email templates is now completely customisable. Managers can completely change the look, feel, content, and language the phishing email templates in order to make them more convincing or localised.

1. Content Manager. A sleek simple user interface has been created to allow Managers to add and remove images for email templates on the platform.  

2. User Management: Delete. Managers are able to remove existing Users/Learners from the platform with a simple delete button from the dashboard followed by simple confirmation.
