How To Download Training Certificates

Learners can view, print, download, or share a certificate of achievement after completing an assigned training module.

How to Download Your Certificate

Learners can access their certificates of achievement from either the Dashboard or Training sections.

Option 1: From the Dashboard

1. Log in to your learner portal and navigate to the Dashboard.
2. Scroll down to your completed assignments.
3. Click the Certificate icon on the completed assignment card to open your certificate.

Option 2: From the Training Section

1. Navigate to Training on the left menu.
2. Scroll down to your completed training cards.
3. Click the Certificate button at the bottom of the card.

Viewing, Printing, & Mobile Access

• Browser Options: Clicking the Certificate button opens your PDF certificate in a new browser tab. Use the top-right toolbar icons in your browser to view, download, or print your certificate.
• Mobile Devices: If you complete training on a mobile device or tablet, ensure you have a PDF viewer app installed to open and view your certificate file.
