Accessing the Template Library

1. Access your Admin Dashboard.
2. Navigate to the Phishing section on the left navigation menu.
3. Click on the Templates tab.

Types of Phishing Simulation Templates

• URL-Based (Click Phishing): Contains a link encouraging learners to click.
• Attachment-Based Phishing: Includes an attachment with a hidden hook URL.
• Credential-Based Phishing: Redirects users to a spoofed login page designed to capture sensitive information.

Customise Phishing Simulation Templates

These custom templates can be used to make simulations more realistic and localised, as well as to test learners with targeted phishing attacks that impersonate employees within your company.

1. Go to Phishing > Templates.
2. Duplicate existing templates or create new ones from scratch and add them to your personal My Template library.

What Happens When a Learner "Fails" a Simulation?

When setting up a simulation, you can choose what happens if a learner clicks a link, opens an attachment, or submits credentials:

• Just-in-Time Training (Recommended): The moment a learner interacts with the simulated phishing email, they are immediately redirected to a short training page explaining what happened and how to spot the signs next time.
• When the Simulation Ends: If a learner interacts with the email, they are redirected to a standard 404 error page. Once the entire simulation period finishes, they receive an automated remedial training email based on the action they took.
• No Training: The learner is redirected to a 404 error page with no follow-up training or notification sent. (Always use this option when launching a Baseline Test).
