Password Reset Link Not Received
If you haven’t received your password reset link, please check the following:
- Check your Spam/Junk folder – the email may have been filtered there.
- 30-minute resend limit – for security, you can only request a password reset once every 30 minutes. If you requested one recently, you’ll need to wait until 30 minutes have passed before trying again.
