Partners' Guide: How to Add Managers

Adding Managers is key for efficient administration and oversight within a company. Managers can be appointed during company creation or manually assigned at any time. Here's how you can add both internal and external managers to your customer companies:


Manager Types:

  • Internal Manager: This individual becomes the default manager for the customer company, responsible for managing the company’s training and security awareness programs.
  • External Manager: This individual acts as the MSP Partner manager within the customer company, overseeing management tasks on behalf of the customer..

Ways to Appoint Managers

  1. On Company Creation:

During the company creation process, a dedicated Internal or External Manager can be assigned as the main Admin to the company dashboard. This individual automatically becomes the default company manager with full access to the platform. Their responsibilities include:

  • Ordering licenses
  • Adding learners
  • Setting up training and phishing campaigns
  • Viewing dashboards
  • Generating detailed reports
  • Overseeing the Security Awareness Training program

Manual Assignment:

Partner Account Managers can add new Internal Managers on behalf of their Customers or appoint themselves as an External Manager within their Customer company by following these steps:

  1. Enter Managing Mode:
  • Access your Partner 'Admin Dashboard'.
  • Navigate to your 'Company' section.
  • Select the 'Customer' you wish to manage.
  • Click on the 'Actions' button.
  • Choose 'Manage Company' to enter manage mode.

Add a Manager:

  • Navigate to the customer 'Users' section.
  • Select the 'Managers' tab.
  • Click the 'Add Manager' button.
  • Choose 'Internal' Customer Company Manager or 'External' Company Manager.
  • Select the manager from the dropdown list.
  • Click 'Save'.
  • To remove a manager, click the 'bin' icon next to their name.

By following these steps, you can efficiently appoint managers to oversee various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operation and comprehensive management of your customer companies.
