The Value of a Free Trial
A free trial is a valuable sales tool for MSP Partners, enabling them to conduct a complimentary 'Baseline Phishing Assessment' for potential customers. These assessments often reveal vulnerabilities, showcasing the necessity of Security Awareness Training and the additional services provided by MSPs.

How to Create a Free Trial Account:
- Login and access your Partner( Parent) 'Admin dashboard'.
- Navigate to your 'Company' section.
- Click on the 'Actions' button located in the top right corner.
- Select 'Create Company' from the drop-down menu.
- Select the 'Customer' button and fill in the requested company information.
- Select the 'Free' license type and specify the number of licenses required.
- Choose ' Internal' or 'External' Company Manager.
- Select 'Internal' Manager: Populate Information for the internal customer company Manager. This individual automatically becomes the default customer company manager.
- Select 'External' Manager: Select an external company manager from the dropdown menu. This allows an MSP Partner to appoint themselves as a manager within the customer company.
- Click ‘Save’ to proceed.
- After creating a new company, the customer company will automatically appear under the parent company, the 'Free Trial' section.
Internal Manager Notifications
- Free Trial Onboarding: Email sent to free trial company managers to set up their login and password.
- Free Trial Expiry: Email sent to free trial managers 72 hours before their free account period expires.
- Free Trial Expired: Email sent to free trial managers informing them that their free account period has expired. Company Managers will lose access to the platform and be redirected to a landing page with instructions on upgrading to PREMIUM.
