• New Trial Companies can have unlimited licenses/users

How to Create a Trial Company:

Creating a trial company is easy with our step-by-step guide. Follow these instructions to get started:

1. Login and access your 'Admin dashboard'.
2. Navigate to your 'Company' section.
3. Click on the 'Actions' button located in the top right corner.
4. Select 'Create Company' from the drop-down menu.
5. Select Company Type: Choose 'Customer'
6. Provide The Required Company Data:

• Company Name
• Company Size
• Industry
• Country: Include the HQ country if a multi-national. 

7. Select the 'Free' License type and specify the amount of licenses required.

8. Provide Information for the Company Manager: This individual automatically becomes the default company Manager.

7. Click ‘Save’.
8. The Trial will automatically display under the 'Free Trial' section.

🔔Trial Expiry Notification

The company Manager of Trial Company will receive two automated email notifications regarding free trial expiry:

1. A reminder notification will be sent 72 hours before the free trial expiration date.
2. A Trial Expiry notification will be sent on the day their trial expires. 

• All Managers and Learners currently on the platform will remain on the database and user dashboard but will be unable to login.
• Company managers will lose access to the platform. When attempting to login to the platform, Company Managers will be redirected to a dedicated landing page providing clear instructions on upgrading to PREMIUM.

💎License Upgrading to Premium

A Trial company can 'UPGRADE TO PREMIUM' at any time. Here's how:

1. A Customer Manager can contact their dedicated Account Manager and ask them to action the upgrade on their behalf.
2. Alternatively, Customer Managers can follow the instructions provided on the Landing Page when attempting to access the platform by following these easy steps;

• Select the' Request License' button.

• Company Managers will be notified once their request is approved.

• Account managers will promptly be notified of the requested licenses through an automated email enabling.
• Click 'Review License' to review the request on your company license page.

• Navigate to 'Requested Orders'
• Select 'Assign'
• Navigate to 'Add Licenses' to Order New Premium Licenses if needed.
