Can I Edit Training and Phishing Campaigns?
Wondering whether you can make changes to a campaign after creating it? It depends on the type of campaign and its current status. Here's a quick overview of what you can and can't edit.
Training Series
Admin Managers can update the launch date, upcoming sessions, and training assignments within a Training Series.
There are a few things to keep in mind:
- Launch date: You can change the series launch date up to 15 minutes before it is scheduled to go live.
- In-progress or completed sessions: Once an individual session has gone live or has been completed, it is locked and can no longer be modified.
- Upcoming sessions: Upcoming sessions can be edited. Click the Pencil icon next to an upcoming month to adjust the date. You can also use + Add or X on the module cards to add or remove assignments, or drag and drop assignments between sections.

Phishing Simulations & Single Training Sessions
For single training sessions and phishing simulations, changes can only be made while the session or simulation ( campaign) is in Draft status.
Once a campaign has started, you currently can't extend the end date or make changes to the campaign.
If you need to make changes to a campaign that has already started, the quickest workaround is to delete the existing campaign and create a new one.

Note: Learners can still access and complete their assigned training modules after the campaign's original end date has passed.
