Guide: Understanding Your Training Report

This guide explains how to read and interpret the key information and metrics presented in your Security Awareness Training Campaign Report. This report tracks learner enrollment, completion status, and average scores for the assigned training materials.


1. Campaign Details and Status


The top section provides the administrative context for the specific training campaign.

Detail Explanation
Report Date The date the report was generated.
Campaign Name The name of the specific training campaign.
Recipients The total number of learners enrolled in this campaign.
Start Date The date the training campaign began.
Due The time remaining until the campaign completion deadline.
Status The campaign is currently running and open for learner participation.

  1. Campaign Overview Metrics (The Scorecard)

The central scorecard provides a visual snapshot of the overall completion status for all enrolled learners.

Metric Interpretation
Completed The number of learners who have finished all assigned modules in the campaign.
In Progress The number of learners who have started but not yet finished the campaign.
Not Started The number of learners who have not yet begun any of the assigned modules.
Average Score The aggregated average score for all learners. (Not calculated until more scores are available)

  1. Detailed Learner Statuses

The main table breaks down the status for each individual enrolled in the campaign.

Column Explanation
Name / Department Identifies the employee and their group.
Completed The number of assigned modules the learner has finished.
In Progress The number of modules the learner has started but not finished.
Not Started The number of modules the learner has not yet begun.
Progress The percentage of the total campaign that the learner has finished.
Average Score The calculated average score across all graded modules for this learner.

4. Assignment Breakdown


The bottom section details the individual assignments (modules or videos) that make up the campaign.

Detail Explanation
Assignment The name of the training lesson or module.
Type The format of the assignment (e.g., Module, Video, Quiz).
Average Score The average score achieved by all learners who have completed this specific assignment.

Note: The scores for individual assignments are the average score of the learners who have completed that module so far. This number may change as more learners complete the assignment.
