Guide: Generating Reports

Managers can generate and download comprehensive reports detailing the progress, scoring, and outcomes of Phishing and Training campaigns. This guide walks you through the options available in the Reports, Dashboard, Phishing, and Training sections of the Admin Dashboard.

Generating Reports from the Reports Section

  1. Sign in to your Admin Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to the Reports section.
  3. Choose between Phishing Campaigns or Training Campaigns.
  4. Select the report format:
  • CSV for data-rich, detailed reports
  • PDF for executive summaries
  1. Choose the campaigns to include:
  • Individual campaigns
  • Multiple campaigns
  • All campaigns
  1. Click Get Report to generate the report.

Note: If you need to share campaign progress with department managers without giving them full platform access, download the report as a CSV, filter it by department, and share the filtered file.
