Can I combine or merge multiple campaigns to view all statistics in a single campaign?

While you cannot technically merge or combine campaigns that are already open into a single, new campaign within the platform, you can easily monitor and review the overall statistics across all your open campaigns using the platform's reporting features.

This allows you to get a comprehensive, unified view of performance without needing to combine the campaigns.

How can I view combined statistics for all my training campaigns at once?

The best way to get a unified view of performance, completion rates, and progress across multiple campaigns is by downloading an Actionable CSV Report.

Method 1: Actionable CSV Report (Recommended for Combined Data)

This method generates a single spreadsheet containing data from all selected campaigns, which you can then analyse and filter.

  1. Go to Reports → Click Training Campaigns (or Phishing Campaigns)
  2. Select the CSV format
  3. For the report scope, you can:
  • Filter by Status (Ended, Active), Name, or Date.
  • Click Select All to pull a report across all campaigns.
  • Use the tick boxes to select specific campaigns.
  1. Click Get Report.
  2. Once downloaded, you can filter the spreadsheet (e.g., by the Progress column) to isolate learners, analyse completion rates, or view overall statistics for all campaigns combined.

Note: You can easily create your own filters in the spreadsheet to pull whatever specific data you would like to see.

Method 2: Admin Dashboard (For Quick Overview)

You can easily monitor overall and specific progress and performance for specific campaigns (using the filters) or across all campaigns from your Admin Dashboard.

  1. From the Dashboards Section → select My Company.
  2. Review the key performance indicators for a quick, combined summary of active and ended campaigns, including:
  • Number of Active, Upcoming and Completed campaigns)
  • Average Training Progress (e.g., Completed percentage)
  • Average Score
  • Phished Rate
  • Report Rate
