🎨 Branding the Platform
White-labelling allows you to proudly flaunt your brand (or your client’s brand) across the entire experience. Whether you're providing a managed service or a co-branded solution, here is how you manage the visual identity of the platform.

Managing Theme Settings
Match the platform to your brand identity in seconds:
- Navigate to Settings > select Theme.
- Step 1: Select the Primary and Secondary branding colours and preferred fonts.
- Steps 2 & 3: Configure the Light and Dark theme options (optional)
- Expert Mode: Click Advanced Options to fine-tune the platform to match your specific brand book.

Logo & Identity
- Still under Settings > select Company Logo.
- Upload your logo. (Pro tip: use a 200 x 200px image with a transparent background).
- Adjust the size and placement, then click Save
*Need to revert to a previous version? Click Reset.

Note: Once White-labelling has been completed, your branding will automatically default across all your customer accounts (or Partner accounts at the Disti level).

System Emails & Phishing Templates
3.1 System Emails
Select the System Emails tab to customise the templates your team receives. Make sure to add your internal point-of-contact info in the Preferences tab so your team knows who to ask for help.

3.2 Phishing Simulations
To keep your team and customers on their toes, go to Phishing > Email Templates. You can duplicate existing templates or create new ones from scratch to make the simulations feel much more real and relevant to your organisation and customer accounts.

Note: Any templates you create, edit, and publish will automatically be updated and become available across all your customer accounts (or Partner accounts at the Disti level).
