White-labelling the platform is the best way to make sure your team feels at home. When security training looks and feels like an internal tool, employees are much more likely to trust and engage with it.

Customise Branding & Theme

Ready to swap the default look for your company colours and logo?

  1. Sign in to your Admin Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Branding.

Setting Brand Colours:

  • Primary & Secondary Colours: Enter your hex colour codes (e.g., #3d4aff or #27ff24) or select them using the colour pickers to match your brand guidelines.

Adding Your Logo:

  1. Under the Logo section, click Update Logo.
  2. Click Choose File to upload your image.
  • Suggested Size: Max size of 760px width × 120px height.
  1. Use the Crop Image handles or the zoom icons (+ / -) in the top right corner to fine-tune the crop.
  2. Keep an eye on the Preview box to make sure it looks pixel-perfect, then click Save.

Preview & Save Your Branding:

  • Test the Look: Click the Preview button in the top right corner of the dashboard to see how your new colours and logo look live on the platform.
  • Save Changes: Once you’re happy with the setup, click Save in the top right corner.

Tip: Use a PNG file with a transparent background so your logo blends seamlessly into both light and dark header themes!

System Emails Templates

Navigate to Settings > System Emails to configure and tweak the automated emails sent to your organisation.

System Email Templates:

  1. Under the Templates tab, you can view and edit emails grouped by recipient type: Learner Emails, Manager Emails.
  2. Browse Templates: Scroll through the list of automated emails (e.g., Learner training completion, Learner welcome email).
  3. Edit Content: Click the pencil icon on the right side of any template row to edit.

Template Status Labels:

  • Modified (Yellow): You’ve made changes, but they aren't live yet. Click the square checkmark icon next to the pencil to publish your updates.
  • Published (Green): This version is live and actively being sent to your team.

System Preferences & Contacts:

  • Switch to the Preferences tab to configure your internal point-of-contact details.

Tip: Setting up your internal support email ensures your team know exactly who to reach out to internally if they need help or have questions about their training.
