Admin Managers' Guide: White-Labelling the Platform

🎨Make It Yours: Theme, Logos & Emails

White-labelling the platform is the best way to make sure your team feels at home. When the training looks like an internal tool, employees are much more likely to engage with it. Here’s how to bake your company culture into the platform.

Watch our video tutorial:

  1. Customise Theme

Ready to swap the default look for your company colours?

  • Head to Settings > Theme in your Admin dashboard.
  • Step 1: Pick your Primary and Secondary brand colours and choose a font that fits your style.
  • Steps 2 & 3: Set up your Light and Dark theme preferences.
  • Advanced: Use Advanced Options to fine-tune the tiny details until it’s pixel-perfect.

  1. Adding your Log

  • Still under Settings > Company Logo.
  • Upload your logo (Pro tip: use a 200 x 200px image with a transparent background).
  • Adjust the size and placement, then click Save.

  1. System Emails & Phishing Templates

System Emails: Select the System Emails tab, and you can customise the templates your team receives. Make sure to add your internal point-of-contact info in the Preferences tab so your team knows who to ask for help.

Phishing Simulations: To keep your team on their toes, go to Phishing > Email Templates. You can duplicate templates, create new ones from scratch, to make the simulations look so much more real and relevant to your organisation.
