Once 'Premium' licenses have been ordered and assigned to your company, the renewal of 'Expired' trial learners can be managed manually by the Company Manager or your Account Manager by following these easy steps:
NOTE: We recognise that some companies may not wish to upgrade their entire workforce to the Premium version after a free trial. Therefore, the upgrade of licenses is not automated.
Step 1: Select Trial Users for Manual Upgrade or Import Allocation by CSV
- Go to your 'Admin Dashboard.'
- Navigate to the 'Licenses' section.
- Click on the 'Expired Licenses' tab to view a list of learners with expired licenses.
How To Select Users Manually
- Select the Learners you wish to upgrade to Premium one by one or select all by clicking the 'Select All' checkbox.
- Click 'Upgrade to Premium' to proceed.
How to Import Allocation and Select by CSV
Company Managers also have the option to upgrade expired Learners by importing a CSV file, which is particularly useful when dealing with high volumes of Learners but not all need to be upgraded.
- Click on the 'Import Allocation' button located in the top right corner.
- Choose your User spreadsheet file.
- Select the spreadsheet column containing 'Email' from the dropdown menu.
- Review the number of Users identified for renewal vs the number of Users identified as not being upgraded.
- Click 'Renew Licences' to proceed."
Step 2: Add New Users
After allocating Premium licenses to expired Trial users, you might want to include additional Learners on the platform who were not initially part of the Free Trial. You can add as many new Learners as you have available Premium Licenses.
