Admin Managers' Guide: How to Upgrade Your Free Trial Account

Trial Expiry Notification
Company Managers will receive two automated email notifications about their 30-day free trial:
- Security Awareness Training – Free Trial Expiry: Sent shortly before your trial ends.
- Security Awareness Training – Free Trial Expired: Sent once the trial has ended.
Expired Trial
If your trial has already expired. Managers can still upgrade directly from the landing page.
- Click the Upgrade Now button within your Licence Expired Email.
- Your Account Manager will process and approve the request.
- You’ll receive an email notification once your new licences are assigned and ready to allocate to learners.

How to Upgrade Before Your Trial Expires
You can upgrade your account at any time; no need to wait for your trial to end.

Choose one of the following options:
Option 1: Contact your dedicated Account Manager
- Get in touch with your dedicated Account Manager and ask them to upgrade your account on your behalf.
Option 2: Upgrade from the Licences Section
- Log in to your Admin Dashboard.
- Go to Licences → click the Upgrade button (top right corner).
- Choose your licence type: Premium or Managed.

2.1 . Upgrade to Premium
A self-managed Security Awareness Programme that gives Admin Managers full control.
Billed under Premium terms.
Steps:
- Click Upgrade to Premium
- Enter the number of licences required > click Save.

- Your Account Manager will approve the request shortly. Keep an eye on your inbox for a notification email confirming your new Premium licences are assigned and available for allocation to learners.
Note: Trial Licences do not auto-renew; you control which learner accounts are renewed.
Reminder: If you've upgraded a Trial Account, all trial licences expire immediately. You must then manually allocate your new Premium licences to those now-expired trial learners.

2.2. Upgrade to Managed:
Everything in Premium, but we manage it for you.
Includes a dedicated Security Awareness Manager and a fully supported annual awareness programme.
Billed under Managed terms.
Steps:
- Click Upgrade to Managed
- Enter the number of licences required > click Save.

Note: Your account will automatically switch to Managed status (Admin privileges will be removed). Your Account Manager will confirm and contact you with next steps for onboarding.
