Trial Expiry Notifications
Admin Managers will receive two automated email notifications regarding your 30-day free trial:
| Timing | Purpose |
| Shortly Before Expiry | A friendly reminder to plan your upgrade. |
| Once the Trial Has Ended | Notification that the trial is over and platform access is paused. |
Step 1: How to Order Licences
Option 1: Contact Your Account Manager
If your account has already expired, simply reach out to your dedicated Account Manager. They will process the order and reactivate your access immediately.
Option 2: Upgrade via the Dashboard
- Log in to your Admin Dashboard.
- Navigate to the Licence section.
- Click the Upgrade button (top right corner).
- Select your licence type (Premium or Managed).
- Enter the number of licences required and click Save.
Note: Your Account Manager will approve the request shortly. You will receive an email notification once the licences are ready and available in your account.

Step 2: Allocate Premium Licenses
Important: When you upgrade, your trial licences expire. The system does not automatically move existing "Trial" users to "Premium" licences. This allows you to review your user list and ensure you aren't paying for staff who may have left the company.
2.1 Renewing Expired Trial Learners (Manual)
To move your current trial users to your new Premium seats:
- Navigate to the Licence section.
- Click the Expired Licences tab.
- Select specific learners or click the Select All checkbox.
- Click Allocate Licences.

2.2 Adding New Learners (Automatic)
If you are adding brand-new users who weren't part of the trial:
- Go to Users > click Add Users
- Choose your method:
- Manual: Add users one at a time
- Import Users: Upload a CSV file
- Sync Users: Connect via Active Directory Integration
- Once learners are successfully added, the system pulls from your available licence pool automatically.
