Troubleshooting Guide: How to Resend Learner Welcome Onboarding Emails
You've done a bulk upload of new learners but discovered that one or two haven't received their onboarding welcome emails to get started.

Steps to Resend Onboarding Emails to Specific Learners
- Double Check the Email
- Ensure the email address used when creating the learner is correct. This step solves the majority of these issues.
- Reset Password
- Provide the learner with the following URL: https://app.goldphish.com.
- Instruct them to click 'Forgot your password?'
- Enter the email address linked to their account. *This will trigger an automated onboarding email to be resent to their mailbox.
Bulk Resend Functionality
If learners missed their welcome or training emails, you can resend them in bulk by following these steps:
- Login to your Admin dashboard.
- Navigate to the 'Settings' section.
- Go to the 'System Emails' tab.
- Click the 'History' tab.
- Click the 'Send Emails' button.
- Choose the appropriate System Email from the drop-down menu
- Click 'Send Emails.'
By following these steps, your learners should receive their onboarding emails and be able to get started without further issues. If problems persist, contact support for additional assistance.
