Learners haven't received their onboarding email

PROBLEM: You do a bulk upload of new Learners and find out that one or two Learners haven't received their onboarding email to get started. 


The 'Resend Email' function found in the 'Users' section under the 'Emails' tab is for resending in bulk to all your Learners. 

For resending to only a select Learner or two who haven't received onboarding emails follow these steps:

Step 1: Double Check the Email

Make sure the email address used when creating the Learner is correct, this solves the majority of these problems. 

Step 2: Request a Reset

Provide the Learner with the following link, it will take them to the platform 'Forgot Password' page.

By entering their email and selecting 'Submit' an automated onboarding email will be resent to their mailbox for them to get started.
