How to Resend Learner Welcome Onboarding Emails
PROBLEM: Learners Haven't Received their Onboarding Welcome Emails
You've done a bulk upload of new learners but discovered that one or two haven't received their onboarding email to get started. Here’s how to resolve this issue:
Steps to Resend Onboarding Emails to Specific Learners
- Double Check the Email
- Ensure the email address used when creating the learner is correct. This step solves the majority of these issues.
- Request a Reset
- Provide the learner with the following link: Forgot Password
- Instruct them to enter their email and click 'Submit'.
- Instruct them to follow the instructions sent to their email to complete the password reset process. *This will trigger an automated onboarding email to be resent to their mailbox.
By following these steps, your learners should receive their onboarding emails and be able to get started without further issues. If problems persist, contact support for additional assistance.
Bulk Resend Functionality
The 'Send Email' function in the 'Users' section under the 'Emails' tab is for resending learner onboarding emails in bulk to all your learners
