Resending System Welcome Emails

Welcome system emails play a key role in helping learners get started and stay on track. Each learner automatically receives an onboarding welcome email and a training campaign welcome email as soon as they are assigned their first training campaign.

If learners need a reminder or can’t locate their initial email, managers can easily resend these emails through the platform.


Understanding System Emails:

  • Learner Welcome Email: Welcomes new learners, prompts them to log in, and guides them to set up passwords.
  • Training Campaign Welcome Email: Notifies learners when a new training campaign kicks off.

How to Resend System Emails:

Resending system emails is simple. Just follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Admin dashboard.
  2. Go to the 'Settings' section.
  3. Select the 'System Emails' tab.
  4. Navigate to the 'History' tab.
  5. Click the 'Send Emails' button at the top left.
  6. Choose the 'Email type':
  • Learner Welcome Email
  • Training Campaign Welcome Email
  1. Click 'Send Emails' in the top right.

NOTE:

  • Resending a Learner Welcome Email will send the email to ALL learners, guiding them on logging in and setting their passwords.
  • Resending a Training Campaign Welcome Email will notify all learners assigned to that specific campaign.
