Resending System Emails

In the realm of managing a learning platform, ensuring that learners receive system emails is crucial. These communications, including the initial welcome message and training campaign notifications, guide learners through their learning journey. However, sometimes these emails may not reach their intended recipients. In such cases, managers have the option to resend them.


Understanding System Emails:

  1. Learner Welcome Email
  • This one-time email is automatically dispatched to all learners at the beginning of their initial training campaign. It provides instructions on how to log in and set up passwords.
  1. Training Campaign Welcome Email
  • This email automatically gets sent out to each learner that is assigned to the campaign.

How it works:

Resending System Emails is a breeze. Here's how:

  • Login to your Admin dashboard.
  • Navigate to the 'Users' section.
  • Select the 'Emails' tab.
  • Click the 'Send Emails' button in the top right

  • Choose the 'Email type', and you will be given the option to select the type of email you wish to resend.


Learner Welcome Email

This one-time email automatically goes out to all learners at the beginning of their first training campaign. If learners do not receive the automated email, you can resend it from here.

  • Select 'Learner welcome email' from the 'Email type' dropdown.
  • Choose 'Learner welcome email'
  • Click the 'Send Emails ' button in the top right.

NOTE: Resending a 'Learner Welcome Email' will automatically resend that email to ALL original learners, guiding them on how to log in and set a password.

Training Campaign Welcome Email

This email automatically gets sent out to all learners at the beginning of each new training campaign. If learners do not receive the automated email, you can resend it from here.

  • Select 'Training campaign welcome email' from the 'Email type' dropdown.
  • Choose which 'Training campaign' you'd like to resend.
  • Click the 'Send Emails' button in the top right.

NOTE: Resending a 'Training Campaign Welcome Email' will automatically resend that email to each learner assigned to that specific campaign.
