Admin Managers' Guide: How to Resend Learner Welcome Emails

System emails are the primary way learners access the platform. Every learner automatically receives a Learner Welcome Email and a Training Campaign Welcome Email as soon as they are assigned their first training campaign.
If learners cannot find these emails, follow the steps below to resend them.

Option 1: Manual Trigger (For 1-2 Learners)
If most people received their emails, but a few did not, start here to avoid sending unnecessary bulk emails:
- Verify Email Addresses: Double-check for typos or spelling errors in the learner's profile on the platform under the Users Section.
- Check Spam/Junk: Ask the learner to check their junk/spam folder. If it is not there, whitelisting may need to be re-verified by your IT team.
- Manual Trigger (Quickest Fix): Provide the learner with https://app.goldphish.com and tell them to click 'Forgot your password?'. Entering their email address will trigger a fresh onboarding link immediately.
Option 2: Bulk Resend Tool
If you need to resend emails to a larger group, use the History tool in your Admin dashboard:
- Log in to your Admin Dashboard.
- Navigate to Settings > System Emails > History.
- Click the 'Send Emails' button.
- Choose the Email Type: Select either the "Learner Welcome" or "Training Campaign Welcome" email.
- Click 'Send Emails'.


Note: Resending a Learner or Training Welcome Email will send the email to ALL learners in your system.
