Customer Managers' Guide: How to Reallocate Licenses

A single Premium License is valid for 12 months from the assignment date. If a learner leaves the company or never logs into the platform, Company Managers can delete their profile. This action automatically frees up the associated license, making it available for reallocation to another learner.


NOTE: Before deleting a learner, it's important to understand the implications: If you delete a learner, all their historical training and data will also be removed. ⚠

How it Works:

Step 1: Delete the Associated Learner's Profile

Options for Deleting a Profile:

Option 1:

  • Login to your  'Admin dashboard'.
  • Navigate to the 'Users' section.
  • Locate the learner you wish to ' Delete'.
  • Click the 'Bin' icon to the right of their name.

Option 2:

  • Navigate to the 'Licenses' section.
  • Choose 'Allocated Licenses'.
  • Use the handy 'Add Filter' button to find the learner you want to delete.
  • Click on the ellipsis menu ("3 dots") to the right.
  • Select 'Delete'.

  • After deleting a learner's profile, the associated license will automatically become available under 'Available Licenses'.

Step 2: Add New Learner

How to Add a New Learner:

  • Navigate to the 'Users' section, 
  • Click on the 'Add Users' button in the top right corner.
  • Choose how to add Users:
  1. Manually 'Add User' one at a time,
  2. 'Import Users' in bulk via a CSV file, or 
  3. 'Sync Users' using Active Directory Integration.

*After adding a new learner, the previously deleted license will automatically be allocated to them for the remaining validity period.
