Guide: Temporary Suspension of Companies

In certain circumstances, it may be necessary to temporarily suspend companies from accessing the platform. Account Managers can swiftly suspend and reactivate company types, ensuring efficient management of partner and customer accounts.


How to Handle the Process:

By following these steps, partners can effectively manage the temporary suspension of companies while minimizing disruptions and maintaining trust and transparency in the partnership:

  1. Assess the Situation: Evaluate the reasons for suspension, including financial issues or other concerns.
  2. Notify the Company: Communicate the suspension to the company promptly and clearly, explaining the reasons and any relevant details.
  3. Suspend Access: Suspend the company's account according to the agreement or terms of service.
  4. Set Suspension Period: Define the duration of the suspension period, ensuring all parties are aware of the timeline.
  5. Provide Support: Offer assistance to the suspended company, addressing questions or concerns and working collaboratively to resolve issues.
  6. Document Actions: Maintain detailed records of all communications and decisions for future reference, ensuring transparency and accountability.

NOTE: Account Managers can reactivate a suspended company at any time within the license validity term.

Temporarily Suspending a Company:

How it Works:

  • Login and access your Partner (Parent) 'Admin dashboard'.
  • Navigate to your 'Company' section.
  • Choose the 'Partner' or 'Customer' Company you wish to suspend from your multi-tenant.
  • A notification pop-up will appear; click 'Suspend' to confirm the action.

  • Click on the notification pop-up 'Suspend' to confirm the action.

NOTE: Upon suspension, the company type will be visibly marked as suspended beneath the parent company within the 'Partners' or 'Customers' section.


How to Reactivate a Temporarily Suspended Company:

How it Works:

  • Login and access your Partner (Parent) 'Admin dashboard'.
  • Navigate to your 'Company' section.
  • Choose the partner or customer company you intend to reactivate.
  • Click the red  'Reactivate' button located in the top right.

  • Click on the notification pop-up 'Reactivate' to confirm the action.

NOTE: Upon reactivation, the company type will be reinstated as an active company beneath the parent company within the 'Partners' or 'Customers' section.
