Managing your customers' security journey starts here. This guide explains how to use different licence types to win new business and how to manage your internal and customer licence orders effectively.

🎫 Licence Types
Understand the different “states” a licence can hold in your Partner Dashboard.
⏳ Trial Licences
Give your potential customers a comprehensive 30-day test drive with no feature limitations.
- Sales Tool: No credit card needed. The easiest way to get a foot in the door.
- The Hook: Use the trial to run a complimentary Baseline Phishing Test. Helping a customer uncover their actual risk levels is the most powerful way to justify the need for your ongoing services.
🏠 NFR (Not For Resale)
As a Partner, you automatically receive 10 NFR licences to use for:
- Internal staff training.
- Live demos and testing.
- Managing Accounts.
Note: If a team member leaves, simply delete the user to return the licence to your pool. If they have Manager privileges, remove those privileges first before deleting the user.
⚙️ How to Manage Licences
In your Partner Licences section, you’ll find two main tabs:
- Licences Tab:
Use this section for a high-level overview of your team's licences across the Available, Allocated, and Expired pools. Use the filters to drill down into specific dates or departments.

- Orders Tab
Under the Orders sub-tab, you find 3 licence order categories
- My Orders: Track orders assigned specifically to your Partner Account (e.g., NFR and Premium seats for your team.
- Requested Orders: This is your "inbox" for customer requests. When a customer needs more seats, the request appears here.
- Assigned Orders: A master list of all orders assigned to date across your Customer base and Trials.
Need more? Click the Add Licences button in the top right to order extra Premium licences for your larger team. (Note: additional Premium orders are billable).

📬Handling Customer Requests
When a customer submits a licence request, the process is automated for your convenience:
- Partner Notification: You get a system email to review the request.
- Assignment: Review the request under Requested Orders and assign the licences.



- Customer Notification: Once assigned, the customer receives an email letting them know their licences are ready to be allocated to learners.

Important Note:
When you upgrade a Trial account to Premium or renew an expired Customer account, the system does not automatically allocate licences.
You or your customer will need to manually allocate licences to any expired users.
This prevents licences from being accidentally given to people who may have left the organisation. Admins retain full control at all times.
