Admin Managers' Guide: How to Delete a Learner's Profile

A Premium Licence is valid for 12 months from the date it’s first assigned. If someone leaves your team, you can delete their profile to free up that seat. If the licence is still within its 12-month term, it will automatically move back into your Available Licences pool for someone else to use.
Important Note: Deleting a profile permanently removes all historical training data and certificates linked to that learner.

Secure Your Data (Recommended)
If you need proof of training for audits or internal records, download reports before deleting the learner:
- Go to the Reports section → Phishing or Training Reports
- Download reports for all campaigns the learner was enrolled in or completed, either as PDF or CSV
Deleting Learners
Option 1: Via the Users Section
- Log in to your Admin Dashboard.
- Go to the Users section.
- Find the learner you want to remove.
- Click the Bin icon next to their name to delete the user.

Option 2: Via the Licences Section
- Go to the Licences section → Allocated Licences
- Filter by Name to find the specific learner.
- Click the ellipsis menu ("3 dots") next to their name.
- Select Delete User.

Note: Bulk deletion isn’t available yet. If you need help deleting users in bulk, contact us via the chatbot or email support - we're happy to help.
How to Reallocate /Reuse a License:
When a learner is deleted, their licence automatically returns to your Available Licences pool.
When adding a new learner, the system will automatically allocate that licence for you.
Note: The licence term remains the same; it still expires 12 months from the original assignment date, regardless of who is using it now
