Customer Managers' Guide: How to Delete a Learner's Profile
A single Premium License remains valid for 12 months from the date of assignment. This means that Company Managers have the flexibility to manage learners' profiles as needed within this timeframe.
NOTE: Before deleting a learner, understand the implications: Deleting a learner will result in the removal of all their historical training and data. ⚠

Options for Deleting a Profile:
Option 1:
- Login to your 'Admin dashboard'.
- Navigate to the 'Users' section.
- Locate the learner you wish to ' Delete'.
- Click the 'Bin' icon to the right of their name.
Option 2:
- Navigate to the 'Licenses' section.
- Choose 'Allocated Licenses'.
- Use the handy 'Add Filter' button to find the learner you want to delete.
- Click on the ellipsis menu ("3 dots") to the right.
- Select 'Delete'.
How to Reallocate /Reuse a License:
If a learner leaves the company or has never logged into the platform, Company Managers can delete the learner's profile. This action automatically makes the associated license available under 'Available Licenses'. Managers can then reallocate the license to another learner for the remaining validity period.
