Customer Managers' Guide: License Management

How it Works:

  1. Order Your Licenses: 

Just like booking tickets to a concert, ordering licenses for your team is a breeze – minus the overpriced drinks. Simply request your order for the number of licenses needed through your dedicated account manager to access the platform.

  1. Allocate Seats to Your Learner: 

Every member of your team needs a license to join the action. Once you've ordered licenses, it's time to allocate them to your learners. This allocation process can be managed either manually by the company Manager or by your Account Manager.

  1. License Validity: 

When the 12-month license period ends, it's important to note that the license status for both managers and learners will automatically switch to 'Expired.' This can occur simultaneously for all learners or specific individuals or groups with varying expiration dates. It's essential to recognise that licenses come with a 12-month countdown starting from the moment they're ordered and assigned, not when allocated to a learner. To make the most of your licenses, please ensure they're used within this timeframe.

  1. License Re-Allocation: 

If a learner leaves your team (we’ll miss them!), their seat doesn’t go to waste. Instead, managers can reallocate it to a new learner, who gets to enjoy the seat for the remaining license validity period.

License Types:

  1. Premium Licenses:💎

A 'Premium' license offers full platform access, unlimited training, and phishing campaigns for 12 months from the assignment date.

  1. Free Licenses:

Try before you buy with our 'Free' license, offering unrestricted platform access to all features, including unlimited training and phishing campaigns, for a generous 30-day trial period. After the trial period ends, licenses automatically expire.


Licenses:

Within the 'Licenses' section, you'll find two tabs for easy navigation:

  1. Licenses:
  • Available Licenses: Ready to be allocated to new learners.
  • Allocated Licenses: Already assigned to learners.
  • Expiring Licenses: Set to expire within the next 30 days.
  • Expired Licenses: Licenses that have already expired.

Note: Managers' licenses automatically switch to 'Expired' status after their 12-month license validity. When Managers attempt to log in to the platform, they will be directed to a dedicated landing page, prompting license renewal.

  1. Orders:
  • My Orders: Keep track of all license orders and assignments to date for your company.
  • Requested Orders: View orders requested by your company, awaiting assignment by your account manager.

NOTE: We recognise that some companies may not wish to renew licenses for their entire workforce. Therefore, the license renewal process is not automated.
