Step 3: Platform Access

Once your Partner Manager access has been enabled, you’ll be able to create customer accounts, launch trials, assign licences, and manage your clients with ease.

1. Getting Started

• Sign in using the link in your Partner Welcome Email (check spam if it doesn’t arrive within a few minutes).
• You can also access the platform directly via app.goldphish.com.

2. Set Up Your Team

• Add your Go-To-Market (GTM) users.
• After assigning an NFR licence to a team member, you must also grant them Manager privileges. Without manager privileges, they will not be able to view or oversee your client accounts.

How to Assign Your NFR Licences

There are two quick ways to assign these licences:

• Add New User: Go to Users > Click Add User > Select the NFR Licence > Click Save.
• Assign to Existing User: Go to Licences > Click the three dots (...) next to the user's name > Select Assign to NFR.

Step 4: Complete Technical Setup

Rolling out internal training or phishing simulations? Involve your IT team early to ensure:

• Delivery of system and phishing emails.
• Accurate metrics in reports.

Step 5: Configure Your Settings

1. Company Details

Go to your Company section > Actions > Edit Company to set your default language and update your details.

2. White-labelling

Apply your company theme and logo under your Settings; it will automatically update across all of your customer accounts.

3. Customise Templates

You can customise system email templates, phishing templates, and preferences (such as your internal support details).
